Pain Management

I saw Zayd on Saturday suffering from a severely trapped nerve, and honestly I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. The pain was awful but Zayd handled the treatment with gentle technique and absolute professionalism.

The relief I felt afterwards was remarkable, but it was a few days later when I noticed that I was relaxed and at ease for the first time in weeks. I was also given great advice and exercises to keep the area settled. Highly recommended

A Little Bit About Zayd

Zayd graduated with distinction from the University College of Osteopathy and takes a thoughtful, individual approach to treatment. He combines his clinical training with an understanding of how people move, train and recover, helping patients work towards their goals in a way that suits them.

Growing up, Zayd competed in horse riding, running, ice skating and football. These experiences shaped his understanding of movement and the demands placed on the body. Today, he trains regularly at the gym and has a particular interest in helping people stay active – whether they’re returning to exercise after an injury or looking to train more effectively and confidently.

Communication is central to Zayd’s approach. He takes the time to understand not only where something hurts, but also how it affects a patient’s everyday life, training and goals. He believes good treatment starts with listening, and that patients should feel informed and involved in decisions about their care.

His approach is practical and evidence-based, with treatment tailored to each individual. Whether a patient is looking to overcome an injury, move more comfortably or perform at their best, Zayd works with them to build a plan that fits their body and lifestyle.
