Absolutely wonderful. My shoulder was sore and painful ! Mya was so professional and did a fab job on my shoulder. She explained what she was doing and why my shoulder was hiking up. Regular visits will be booked. Thank you Mya.

A Little Bit About Mya

2026 graduate with a Masters Degree in Osteopathy with a strong focus on sports massage, injury rehabilitation, and performance-based care. Originally from France, I grew up training and competing in horse riding and gymnastics, experiences that shaped my understanding of movement, discipline, and the demands placed on the body. Today, I maintain an active lifestyle through regular weight training, further deepening my interest in strength, recovery, and long-term physical resilience.

My decision to pursue Osteopathy came from a desire to better understand the body and provide a more complete approach to injury management and recovery. Through my training, I had developed a hands-on, thoughtful approach that aims to reduce pain, restore movement, and support patients in returning to activity with confidence.

I am particularly interested in the relationship between physical recovery and mental wellbeing. I value creating a calm and professional environment where patients feel listened to, supported, and actively involved in their rehabilitation journey.
